## About the Role The Inside Sales Specialist Lead Manager plays a critical role in driving sales growth by converting incoming prospects into leads. This high-volume pre-sales position requires a skilled professional who can navigate multiple digital tools, provide exceptional customer service, and consistently follow up with new leads. As a key member of the sales team, the successful candidate will work closely with Real Estate Consultants to ensure a seamless sales process.
The role entails a mix of inbound and outbound sales activities, including answering prospect calls, responding to web chats, and utilizing multiple methods of contact to reach prospective sellers. The ideal candidate will be adept at working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting sales targets.

## What You Will Do - Answer inbound inquiries and prospect calls from web chat and call centers - Aggressively follow up on 'after-hours' or missed calls to ensure timely responses - Utilize multiple methods of contact, including text messaging, emails, and phone calls, to reach prospective sellers - Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process - Audit leads to ensure they are followed up on appropriately and assign leads that aren't auto-assigned to Real Estate Consultants - Follow up on aged leads to re-engage potential customers - Provide general sales support to the team, including data entry and lead management - Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve sales strategies - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
## What We Are Looking For - 2+ years of experience working in a high-volume inbound/outbound call environment - Proven track record of converting leads into sales - Experience working with consumers/homeowners, preferably in the real estate industry - Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related field such as business, marketing, or communications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficiency in digital tools, including CRM software and sales automation platforms - Ability to work in a fully remote environment, with a strong internet connection and a dedicated workspace
## Nice to Have - Experience working in the real estate industry, with a deep understanding of the sales process and market trends - Knowledge of sales automation tools and software, such as HubSpot or Salesforce - Certification in sales or a related field, such as a real estate license - Experience working with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Excel
