About the Role

The Inside Sales Team Leader role at The CareSide is a critical position that involves leading a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales growth and conversion goals. The team leader will be responsible for managing a team of 6-8 representatives based in the Philippines, who are tasked with converting inbound enquiries into qualified appointments for the field sales team. This role is pivotal in driving new client growth and expanding The CareSide's presence across Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and coach their team to achieve high performance levels. The role requires working closely with the marketing and field sales teams to improve handoffs and ultimately drive sales conversions.

Given the nature of the role and the industry, the successful candidate will need to develop a strong understanding of Australia's aged care system, home care funding, and The CareSide's service offerings to effectively coach the team and improve sales outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Develop, train, and coach inside sales representatives to achieve sales goals
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, performance reviews, and sales training sessions
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including lead response times, appointment booking rates, and sales conversions
  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to improve handoffs and drive sales growth
  • Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and areas for process improvement
  • Implement strategies to enhance team performance and sales outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in aged care and sales strategies
  • Manage and report on team performance metrics
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience managing sales, SDR, BDR, or call centre teams
  • Experience coaching sales representatives using KPIs and performance metrics
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and buyer psychology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and improve processes
  • Experience managing remote teams, particularly those based in the Philippines
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies and tactics
  • Experience with CRM software and sales management tools
  • Understanding of the aged care industry or a similar field

Nice to Have

  • Experience living or working as an expatriate, particularly in Southeast Asia
  • Knowledge of Australia's aged care system and home care funding models
