About the Role
The Inspection and Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that products and suppliers meet the required international standards and regulations. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of quality control, regulatory compliance, and international trade. The successful candidate will be working closely with a global team to validate compliance of products and reports from origin, review quality and compliance processes, and ensure that all services meet the required standards.As part of the QIMA team, the Inspection and Compliance Analyst will be working in a fast-paced environment that requires strong analytical and organizational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What You Will Do
- Validate compliance of products and reports from origin
- Review quality and compliance processes
- Ensure that all services meet the required standards
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the global team to implement quality control and compliance procedures
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards
- Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance
- Provide training and support to team members as needed
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Trade, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience in quality control and compliance (desired but not required)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in digital tools and remote collaboration software
- Functional laptop with a minimum of 8 GB RAM and 256 GB SSD
- Stable internet connection
