## About the Role As an Institutional Account Manager at Coinbase, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering world-class service and support to institutional clients. Your day-to-day tasks will involve understanding complex client workflows, strategies, and product suites to ensure efficient integration and use of Coinbase's products. You will work closely with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, to onboard clients and provide ongoing support. The Institutional Account Manager role is critical to Coinbase's mission of increasing economic freedom in the world. ## What You Will Do - Serve as a subject matter expert for Coinbase's institutional suite of products, providing world-class service and support to institutional clients - Partner with Senior Account Managers and Management to support large and complex relationships across client segments - Understand complex, multi-product client workflows and strategies to ensure efficient integration and use of Coinbase's products - Work closely with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, to onboard clients and provide ongoing support - Provide a best-in-class experience for clients through effective stakeholder management, prioritization, and execution - Triage, manage, and prioritize incoming client requests, handling them through to resolution with limited support - Facilitate product demo calls, serving as a subject matter specialist on product features in partnership with Sales - Distill client feedback to internal teams, including Operations, Engineering, and Product, and manage client expectations - Manage client-related and team projects diligently and efficiently, driving towards results that deliver on the client experience and efficiency

## What We Are Looking For - 4+ years of experience in the institutional client relationship space - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on influencing outcomes - Ability to understand complex, multi-product client workflows and strategies - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively - Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and delivery - Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners - Ability to work in a remote environment, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline - Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

## Nice to Have - Experience working in the crypto or financial services industry - Knowledge of Coinbase's products and services - Experience working with institutional clients, including asset managers, banks, and corporates - Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and other productivity tools - Experience working in a sales or trading environment
