About the Role
Jobgether is seeking an Instructional Design Lead to create and deliver high-quality learning experiences for customers and internal teams. The successful candidate will design, develop, and manage asynchronous e-learning courses and support customer-facing training delivery.Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage asynchronous e-learning courses focused on software product use.
- Build structured learning paths that include recorded instructional content, knowledge checks, and scenario-based modules.
- Maintain and update content as products evolve, incorporating feedback from CX teams and customers.
- Apply accessibility and inclusive design best practices to all learning materials.
- Deliver internal and external training in both virtual and onsite formats.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, technical training, or learning experience design.
- Experience developing and managing content in an LMS.
- Strong ability to translate complex software workflows into clear, learner-centered instruction.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE).
