About the Role

As an Instructional Designer at Eiva HR Solutions Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging, structured, and scalable training programs for remote providers. Your primary focus will be on designing onboarding and supplemental learning modules that meet the company's standards and client expectations. As part of this team, you will collaborate closely with the Client & Talent Partnership Manager to translate operational processes into clear, effective, and engaging learning experiences. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of remote providers, making this role both challenging and rewarding.

What You Will Do

  • Design and develop onboarding and supplemental learning modules for remote providers, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and aligned with company standards and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Client & Talent Partnership Manager to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and NotebookLM to create innovative and interactive training content.
  • Develop training materials using design and content tools like Canva and PowerPoint, ensuring they are visually appealing and effective.
  • Edit and refine training content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Work with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software to create engaging video content.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Participate in review and feedback sessions to continuously improve training programs and materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning development.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or training creation, with a portfolio that demonstrates your skills and expertise.
  • Strong proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and NotebookLM, and the ability to apply them in innovative ways.
  • Experience with design and content tools such as Canva and PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually appealing and effective training materials.
