About the Role
As an Instructional Designer at mercor, you will play a critical role in developing and testing complex AI models. What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Curriculum & instructional design, Academic research, or Teaching & training
- Proven track record of developing and testing complex AI models
- Strong understanding of AI model capabilities and limitations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and asynchronously
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience with real-world workspace files and engineering documentation
