About the Role

As an Instructional Designer at mercor, you will play a critical role in developing and testing complex AI models. What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Curriculum & instructional design, Academic research, or Teaching & training
  • Proven track record of developing and testing complex AI models
  • Strong understanding of AI model capabilities and limitations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and asynchronously
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Experience with real-world workspace files and engineering documentation
