What You Will Do

• Plan and execute professional services projects, working collaboratively with clients and internal teams
• Deliver end-user training sessions, either remotely or on-site, to ensure clients are equipped to use software solutions effectively
• Produce high-quality documentation and reports to support project delivery and client onboarding
• Provide consultative support to clients throughout the customer lifecycle, including project management, case management, and support
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely completion to agreed standards of time, cost, and quality
• Develop and maintain close collaborative relationships with clients, working within the agreed scope of project deliverables
• Assist with the design and delivery of training courses and materials, ensuring that content is engaging, informative, and aligned with client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise, driving continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction
• Travel occasionally to client sites to deliver training or provide on-site support, as required
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management and digital skills, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in project delivery

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum Bachelor's-level degree in Information Systems, Business Studies, or equivalent technical training
• Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
• Experience in delivering end-user training, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, including agile and lean approaches
• Familiarity with report design tools, such as Crystal Reports or SSRS
• Experience working with MS SQL Server and T-SQL, or similar database management systems
• Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of the software industry and the needs of clients

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a federated giving or intermediary funder organization, or similar non-profit sector
• Knowledge of Andar Software solutions, or similar software applications
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs, with a strong understanding of instructional design principles
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
