Job Description
## About the Role Gravie is seeking an Insurance Product Operations Associate to manage insurance product operational work, collaborating closely with various teams to support the company's insurance plan portfolio.
## Responsibilities - Manage insurance product projects to build and launch new features, including identifying workstreams, managing timelines, and managing stakeholders - Create, document, and improve insurance product processes to support Gravie products as the company grows and scales - Configure and own the end-to-end documentation creation and management process for the plan portfolio - Take on other projects based on your skill set and interests
## Requirements - 2+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, or other relevant work - Strong fundamental grasp of project management tools and process improvement approaches - Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset - Ability to quickly absorb and learn new concepts and ideas - Strong Excel skills
## Nice to Have - Experience with health insurance - Previous startup company experience
