What You Will Do

  • Research and compile benefits, eligibility, criteria, and prior authorization requirements for multiple insurance companies
  • Efficiently verify insurance coverage for the DOC Band and EarWell treatments
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of insurance information and interactions
  • Collaborate with the Insurance Liaison team to implement the insurance process smoothly
  • Communicate with patients and families to provide clear, concise information about their insurance coverage and any necessary next steps
  • Stay updated on changes in insurance policies and procedures, adapting processes as needed
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for insurance verification and communication
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve any issues related to insurance coverage
