About the Role
As an Integrated Marketing Lead at Klaviyo, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the company's K:Service platform. This AI-first customer service platform connects Customer Hub, Customer Agent, and Helpdesk, enabling brands to turn every support interaction into a revenue and loyalty moment. You will work closely with various teams, including Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Lifecycle, Web, and Field teams, to realize the vision for K:Service. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive ROI and scalable outcomes.The K:Service platform is a key part of Klaviyo's offerings, and as an Integrated Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for driving its growth and adoption. This will involve developing and executing campaigns that speak to both marketing and service buyers, ensuring that the platform is positioned for success in the market.
What You Will Do
- Ideate, design, and execute the K:Service marketing customer journey across all channels
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Service GTM teams to position K:Service for both marketing and service buyers
- Lead the campaign strategy and planning, inclusive of high reach channels and performance-focused digital channels
- Optimize audience-specific messaging and positioning with Product Marketing teams
- Refine the end-to-end customer journey by partnering with content and creative teams
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
- Define and build a measurement plan with the Analytics team
- Gather and analyze campaign performance, including reporting learnings of key findings and best practices
- Understand the industry landscape, tech capabilities, and competitive approach to recommend content, creative assets, CTAs, and landing page experience
- Develop and establish success criteria to help inform resource planning, campaign flighting, and overall prioritization across multiple stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in a combination of channel, performance, lifecycle, demand gen, revenue, and integrated campaign marketing
- Proven expertise in building end-to-end customer journeys and relevant campaigns to drive leads through the funnel
- Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, Salesforce, Klaviyo, and Excel
- Strong understanding of data analysis and its application in marketing campaigns
- Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with various teams
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience in the tech industry, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms
- Experience with campaign measurement and analytics

- Experience with AI-first customer service platforms
- Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in marketing automation
- Certification in Google Analytics or similar tools
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies
- Knowledge of SQL and data querying languages
