What You Will Do
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaign plans that align with business goals and span paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns, from brief and conceptual development to stakeholder alignment, flawless execution, launch, and post-campaign analysis.
- Partner with Creative Teams, both internal and external, to foster an environment that encourages creative risk-taking in pursuit of iconic work.
- Collaborate closely with teams across Product, Product Marketing, GTM, Comms, and Global Affairs to bring campaigns to life for maximum impact.
- Guide the development of marketing strategies to grow consumer, enterprise, and developer audiences.
- Deliver results in support of company goals by leveraging marketing expertise to elevate scaled marketing efforts and communicate the company's value to diverse audiences effectively.
- Work highly cross-functionally to bring marketing plans to life, ensuring alignment and cooperation across various departments.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target audiences, including their needs, challenges, and preferences.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in marketing and AI, leveraging this knowledge to continuously improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage and analyze campaign performance data to inform future marketing decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.
What We Are Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in marketing and advertising, with at least 3 years in an integrated or campaign-focused role.
- Proven success in managing cross-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, and events.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, customer journey mapping, and excellent project management skills.
- Proficiency across multiple marketing channels, including TV, OOH, social, content, performance marketing, and events.
- Experience with GTM and Excel, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong ability to communicate and influence at an executive level, with fluency in adapting messaging to different cultural contexts.
- Agility and adaptability, with a comfort level working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and the ability to pivot strategies based on market dynamics.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Design.
- A track record of delivering results in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
