About the Role

The Integrated Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across key audiences. This involves working closely with various teams, including Business, Product, and Marketing Strategy, to ensure campaign plans align with business goals and span paid, owned, and earned channels. The Marketing team at Openai contributes to the broader mission of ensuring responsible and widespread adoption of artificial intelligence. The team is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and usage for Openai's products and platform amongst core audiences. A data-driven approach is taken to understand customers' needs and challenges, ensuring their voices are reflected in product development and messaging.

The Integrated Marketing Manager will be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, collaboration, and a data-driven approach. What You Will Do

  • Guide integrated campaign strategy, working closely with Business, Product, and Marketing Strategy teams to develop and execute marketing campaign plans that align with business goals.
  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns, from brief and conceptual development to stakeholder alignment, flawless execution, launch, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Partner with Creative Teams, both internal and agencies, to cultivate the right space for creative risk-taking in service of iconic work.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Product, Product Marketing, GTM, Comms, and Global Affairs to bring campaigns to life for maximum impact.
  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaign improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve campaign strategies.
  • Manage and maintain a calendar of marketing activities, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
  • Coordinate with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to support campaign execution.

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and advertising agencies, with at least 3 years in an integrated or campaign-focused role.
  • Proven success in managing cross-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, and events.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, customer journey mapping, and excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency across channels, including TV, OOH, social, content, performance marketing, and events.
  • Strong ability to communicate and influence at an executive level, with fluency in adapting messaging to different cultural contexts.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to pivot strategies based on market dynamics.
  • Experience with GTM and Excel, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • A passion for storytelling and connecting the brand with the audience.
  • Ability to work in a highly cross-functional team environment.
