About the Role

The Integrated Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering Mozilla's UK marketing strategy, focusing on re-establishing Firefox as a relevant, differentiated brand and driving user and market share growth. This role operates at the intersection of global strategy and local execution, requiring a deep understanding of the UK market and a keen eye for cultural trends. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of European Integrated Marketing to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive campaign platforms and programs.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for the UK, aligned to audience insights, brand priorities, product initiatives, and cultural moments
  • Partner with the Director of European Integrated Marketing to shape and deliver marketing strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, media, communications/policy teams, creative, PR, and agency partners to develop impactful campaign platforms and programs
  • Deliver clear, powerful strategic and creative briefs to inspire and guide work across teams
  • Translate global strategies into locally relevant marketing initiatives that resonate with regional audiences and business priorities
  • Lead major campaigns and activations in the UK, including budget planning and management
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agency partners and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on integrated marketing strategies and campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of the UK market and cultural trends
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, media, and communications
