About the Role
The Integrations Manager role at Primer is a critical position that requires a unique blend of technical, product, and communication skills. As an Integrations Manager, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end experience of partner integrations, scoping and coordinating technical and product-related requests, and ensuring quality and scalability. You will be working closely with the Product, Engineering, and Partnerships teams to deliver seamless integrations that meet the needs of Primer's partners and merchants.The successful candidate will have a strong technical foundation, with experience working with APIs, SaaS platforms, and modern tech stacks. You will be comfortable communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and have a collaborative approach to working across multiple teams.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end experience of partner integrations, from initial contact to go-live
- Scope and coordinate technical and product-related requests with partners and internal stakeholders
- Ensure quality and scalability of integrations, identifying and mitigating potential issues
- Work closely with the Product team to define and prioritize integration requirements
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to design and implement integration solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for integrations
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for partners and internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve integration processes
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in a partner-facing technical role, such as integrations or solutions engineering
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Solid technical foundations, with experience working with APIs, SaaS platforms, and modern tech stacks
- Collaborative approach to working across multiple teams, including Product, Engineering, and Partnerships
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential issues
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks, such as PCI-DSS or GDPR
- Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence technologies
- Certification in a related field, such as integrations or solutions engineering
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
