About the Role
As an Integrations Product Manager at Commonroom, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's integrations and data-sync strategy. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining the platform's capabilities that enable seamless data exchange and synchronization with various systems, including CRM and sales engagement tools. This role is essential in ensuring that customers can trust Commonroom with their most sensitive data.The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in product management, integrations, and data sync. You will work closely with the engineering team, design team, and key stakeholders to define and deliver a robust integration strategy that meets the evolving needs of Commonroom's customers.
What You Will Do
- Define the integrations and platform strategy and roadmap for Commonroom
- Develop and maintain APIs and data-sync capabilities that ensure reliable and efficient data exchange
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement new integrations and data surfaces
- Work with customers, AEs, and CSMs to understand their integration needs and provide support
- Develop and maintain AI agent workflows that read and write data across various systems
- Own the reliability and uptime of the integrations and data-sync platform
- Partner with the design team to create user-friendly interfaces for integration setup and management
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for integrations and APIs
- Collaborate with the founding team to inform product decisions and strategy
What We Are Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on integrations, data sync, or platform/API development
- Strong technical background, with experience in API design, data mapping, and integration development
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong understanding of AI-powered products and workflows
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with webhooks, OAuth, and other integration protocols
- Knowledge of cloud-based integration platforms
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools
- Certification in product management or a related field
