What You Will Do

• Build and ship customer-facing product experiences that meet the highest standards of quality and performance
• Deliver polished features across both frontend and backend, ensuring seamless user experiences
• Ensure changes are reliable, accessible, and performant, with a focus on maintainability and scalability
• Own work end-to-end, from discovery and technical design through implementation, testing, release, and iteration
• Leverage AI-enabled coding approaches to boost your work and contribute to a healthy codebase
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and customer-facing teams
• Support the team through mentoring and feedback, helping more junior engineers level up through pairing, reviews, and sharing context and best practices
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve your work and the team's overall performance
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring that all code meets the team's high standards for quality, security, and maintainability
• Contribute to the development of the company's technical vision and strategy, helping to drive innovation and growth

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience as a developer, with a strong focus on full stack engineering
• Strong experience building production web applications, preferably with React and Typescript
• Solid fundamentals in modern frontend engineering, including state management, performance, and testing
• Experience working with APIs, preferably GraphQL, and relational databases, preferably Postgres
• Experience with AI coding tools and approaches, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting
• High standards for code quality, security, testing, and maintainability, with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to own work end-to-end and ship iteratively, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Node.js backend development, with a focus on building scalable and secure server-side applications
• Experience with defining and operating production infrastructure, including cloud-based services and containerization
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git
