About the Role
As an Intermediate Graphic Designer at AlgaeCal, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of digital and print assets that capture attention and deliver results. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing materials for email marketing, display ads, animations, social media posts, and marketing materials. What You Will Do
- Design high-quality concepts and solutions that effectively communicate brand messaging and drive sales.
- Create engaging graphic designs, typography, branding, UI, and visual designs that resonate with the target audience.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current marketing trends, techniques, and ideas to create content that drives sales.
- Utilize industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) to produce design assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to research, understand, and apply current marketing strategies.
- Analyze metrics and use insights to refine content and achieve measurable results.
- Design materials that work well across various platforms, including social media, email, and e-commerce sites.
- Ensure all design work meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve design skills and outputs.
What We Are Looking For
- A portfolio that showcases proven results, specifically how past design work has led to increased conversion rates and sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- Proven skills in creating high-quality concepts and design solutions using industry-standard tools.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related design field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines.
