About the Role

The Intern Product Owner role at MasterBorn is a unique opportunity for growth-oriented individuals to join a team that values innovation and efficiency. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of digital products from conception to launch, working closely with developers, designers, and clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Support the development of digital products from first idea to launch
  • Turn ideas into simple visuals to support client conversations
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions
  • Participate in client calls and internal stand-ups, with opportunities to facilitate your own
  • Learn how to collaborate with designers and developers and write clear, structured documentation
  • Support Product Owners in managing the backlog, defining tasks, and keeping delivery on track
  • Join real, cross-functional projects and work with experienced mentors
  • Support marketing or internal initiatives, if interested
  • Develop skills in tools like Notion, FigJam, or Jira

What We Are Looking For

  • Basic knowledge of digital product development
  • Fluency in Polish and English (minimum C1 level for both)
  • Active student status
  • Proactive, communicative, and not afraid to ask questions
  • Comfortable turning ideas into simple visuals
  • Interest in learning how to work with developers, designers, and clients
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Lean Startup) is a plus
  • Experience with AI, no-code, or automation tools is an advantage

Nice to Have

  • Experience in student organizations, startups, or hackathons
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner or Project Lead
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, or Lean Startup methodologies
  • Interest in AI, no-code, or automation tools
