What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, and test software applications using Salesforce
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Work closely with senior engineers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall quality of the codebase
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support software development and testing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating to seniors when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Salesforce and related technologies
  • Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and resolve defects
  • Develop and maintain automated testing scripts to ensure the quality of software applications

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns and testing methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
  • Strong knowledge of database concepts, including data modeling and SQL
  • Experience with version control systems, including Git

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other programming languages, such as Java or Python
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure
  • Experience with DevOps tools, including Jenkins or Docker
