About the Role
The Intern - TS Coordinator role at Gainsight is a unique opportunity to support the company's employee experience and onboarding processes. As a key member of the G&A team, the successful candidate will work closely with the Manager, TS Specialist to deliver meaningful experiences across the Gainsight Hyderabad office. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, people-first environments and enjoy working cross-functionally with teams like HR, Facilities, and Business Operations.The role is based out of the Hyderabad, India location and requires a minimum of 3 days a week in the office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This internship is a great way to gain hands-on experience in people operations, event planning, and employee engagement.

What You Will Do
- Assist in coordinating new hire onboarding logistics, including welcome kits, swag fulfillment, and system access tracking
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, team events, and culture programs
- Assist with day-to-day People Ops tasks, including employee file audits, document processing, and maintaining accurate records across HR systems
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing People Ops and experience workflows and suggest improvements
- Partner with teams across the organization to support HR initiatives, events, and experience-related projects
- Provide general operational support to the Teammate Success team as needed
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, including logistics, data coordination, and on-the-day setup
- Assist with the development and maintenance of HR-related documents and materials
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data and HR-related information
What We Are Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills, comfortable interacting with new hires, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- A self-starter mindset, taking initiative, asking good questions, and following through without needing constant direction
- Availability to be in the Hyderabad office at least 3 days a week
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Nice to Have
- Prior internship or project experience in HR, or office/people operations
- Familiarity with HR tools, onboarding platforms, or project management software (e.g., Workday or similar)
- Creative eye for employee experience touchpoints, event themes, engagement ideas, etc.
