## About the Role As an Internal Communications Manager at Iterable, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's internal narrative and driving employee engagement. Reporting to the Director of Communications, you will work closely with leaders across the organization to develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling, has a keen understanding of digital communications, and is able to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messages.
The Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for creating and curating content that resonates with Iterable's global employee base, leveraging digital channels such as Slack, email, and the company intranet. You will also design and orchestrate company-wide moments, including all-hands meetings, town halls, and in-person events, to build understanding, trust, and momentum among employees.

## What You Will Do - Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives - Create and curate engaging content for digital channels, including Slack, email, and the company intranet - Design and orchestrate company-wide moments, including all-hands meetings, town halls, and in-person events - Collaborate with leaders across the organization to develop and implement internal communications plans - Provide real-time feedback and insights on employee engagement and sentiment - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and mission - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal communications - Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications efforts - Develop and manage budgets for internal communications initiatives
## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in internal communications, public relations, or a related field - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful internal communications strategies - Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills - Strong understanding of digital communications channels and technologies - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Experience working with remote teams and communicating across multiple time zones - Strong project management skills and attention to detail - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
