About the Role
As an Internal Recruiter at Stripe, you will oversee and facilitate the movement of internal talent across various teams and regions. This role requires ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the process.Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process for internal mobility, ensuring a smooth experience for all candidates
- Partner with Hiring Managers, Recruiting Managers, People Partners, Compensation, and Talent Mobility teams to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and align on strategies for internal talent movement
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees seeking to move into new roles
