About the Role
The Sales Enablement Manager is a pivotal hire for Ramp's rapidly expanding SDR organization. As the company continues to push the boundaries of financial infrastructure, the SDR team must be equipped to handle the complexities of a multi-product suite. This role entails building and owning programs, systems, and infrastructure to take SDRs from onboarding to full productivity in 90 days. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales methodology, professional fundamentals, and performance improvement principles.The SDR Enablement Manager will be responsible for creating sustainable coaching infrastructure, developing segment-transition programs, and running targeted enablement sessions. This is a performance improvement role, with success measured by rep output, ramp speed, and meeting conversion. The ability to bring creativity to incentives and performance pushes will be essential in driving specific behavior change.

What You Will Do
- Redesign and run the quarterly onboarding program for incoming cohorts of new SDRs
- Build tracks that go beyond systems training, covering sales methodology, professional fundamentals, and multi-product qualification basics
- Create resources SDRs will use on cold calls, including discovery questions, objection handles, and qualifying language
- Develop segment-transition programs for reps moving from SMB to Mid-Market and Enterprise
- Build and maintain multi-product readiness tracks for procurement, treasury, and AP personas
- Run targeted enablement sessions based on real field data
- Create lasting behavior change through incentives and performance pushes
- Partner with SDR leadership to drive specific behavior change
- Design, test, and iterate on SPIFFs that SDRs care about
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement or a related field
- Proven track record of performance improvement and sales growth
- Strong understanding of sales methodology and professional fundamentals
- Experience with multi-product suites and complex sales environments
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Ability to bring creativity to incentives and performance pushes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
