As a key member of the global team, the International Advertising Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. What You Will Do

  • Identify and reach out to new advertising partners worldwide, including researching potential clients and developing outreach strategies.

  • Onboard new advertisers and support their success, working closely with the Adoperator teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Track performance and communicate results to drive advertiser growth, including analyzing data and developing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage performance pipelines, including monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with the Adoperator teams to support the success of new advertisers, including providing training and support.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the digital advertising industry, including market trends and competitor activity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the industry, including new technologies and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, including sales, marketing, and product development.

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work remotely, with high motivation and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong background in sales and digital advertising, with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Experience with advertiser hunting, onboarding, and accounting, with a deep understanding of the digital advertising industry.
