About the Role
As an International Benefits Specialist for EMEA, you will play a critical role in bringing Justworks' global benefits vision to life in the region. This will involve working closely with various stakeholders to design and implement competitive benefits programs that meet the needs of employees and customers alike. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing vendor and broker relationships, negotiating renewals and pricing, and ensuring compliance with regional statutory requirements.The role is part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences. What You Will Do
- Lead benefits procurement, administration, and renewals for EMEA, including all global health, retirement, and other benefits programs
- Manage day-to-day vendor, broker, and partner relationships, negotiating renewals, SLAs, and pricing to ensure value and compliance
- Research, design, and launch creative supplemental benefits tailored to local needs, such as wellness programs or family support initiatives
- Serve as a regional benefits subject matter expert, supporting internal teams and client-facing inquiries
- Audit data and ensure accuracy in eligibility, enrollment, and billing
- Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Operations to maintain alignment with EOR standards and statutory requirements
- Develop country-level benefit summaries, communications, and enrollment guides to enhance the employee experience
- Work with the benefits operations teams to ensure efficient and effective enrollment in global benefit programs
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits management, preferably in an international context
- Strong knowledge of EMEA benefits regulations and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to design and implement competitive benefits programs that meet local needs
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a strong focus on innovation and employee experience
- Familiarity with benefits administration systems and software
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the commercial implications of benefits decisions

- Experience of working in the HR tech industry or a related field
- Knowledge of global benefits trends and best practices
