As a closer, you will be responsible for taking inbound scheduled sales calls, managing your pipeline, and maximizing revenue by generating sales. What You Will Do
- Take inbound scheduled sales calls generated from the company's marketing efforts
- Manage your pipeline and maximize revenue by generating sales
- Follow the WFS proprietary selling framework to take leads through the sales process
- Engage in deep question-led discovery dialogue to identify challenges, pain points, and gaps that create the need, desire, and urgency for WFS products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with leads, using a consultative approach to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Consistently increase product knowledge by consuming content in the sales training center
- Participate in daily sales syncs via Zoom to discuss sales initiatives, study sales call game tape, and strategize around the pipeline
- Set your own hours and manage your own calendar as a fully remote position
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve overall sales performance
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a high ticket sales environment
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Experience working in a remote environment and managing your own schedule
- Familiarity with the online education space and alternative education programs
