## About the Role As an Investment Researcher at mercor, you will be working closely with AI research teams to evaluate and develop hedge fund strategies related to long/short equity. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing market trends, predicting earnings, and refining AI model outputs. This role is crucial in enhancing AI model training and improving the overall performance of mercor's AI-generated financial content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, market sizing, and investment research, with at least 2 years of experience in top hedge funds. You will be working independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines, with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week.
