What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications that prioritize user experience and privacy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to develop and ship iOS applications
• Develop and maintain code that meets Mozilla's high standards for quality and user experience
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
• Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Develop and implement solutions that meet Mozilla's high standards for quality and user experience
• Work closely with the product management team to develop and prioritize product roadmaps
• Participate in the development of new features and technologies that enhance the user experience
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement user interface and user experience designs
• Work closely with the engineering team to develop and maintain high-quality code

What We Are Looking For

• Experience building and shipping native iOS/iPadOS applications using Swift
• Strong interest in modern iOS development practices, including SwiftUI and architectural patterns like MVVM
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
• Experience with testing and debugging iOS applications
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering
• Strong understanding of user experience and user interface design principles
• Experience with open-source software development and community involvement

Nice to Have

• Experience with other programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence
