Pavago is seeking an experienced ISP Network Support Engineer to provide top-notch technical support for their growing multi-WAN ISP environment.Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding connectivity and performance issues
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to bonded WAN connections, wireless links, and routing misconfigurations
- Troubleshoot CPE devices, routers, and firewalls in live production environments
- Participate in a rotating after-hours emergency support schedule
