## What You Will Do - Manage the accounting of infrastructure assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Maintain inventory in Jira Assets, keeping records up to date and reflecting any changes in the company's IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure datacurrentness for services, servers, domains, and accounts, coordinating with relevant teams as necessary.
  • Control ownership and responsible parties for all IT assets, maintaining clear lines of accountability.
  • Account for service accounts and accesses, ensuring that all are legitimate and properly authorized.
  • Monitor and control the expiration dates of domains, SSL certificates, and licenses, ensuring timely renewals.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible documentation in Confluence, providing a single source of truth for IT assets.
  • Interact with DevOps/Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment and effective management of IT assets.
  • Participate in improving accounting processes and lifecycle management of IT assets, contributing to the company's strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT assets are used efficiently and effectively across the organization.
