About the Role
As an IT Consultant at Mercor, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and evaluating AI-generated outputs, creating realistic scenarios, annotating data, and providing feedback on AI accuracy. Your expertise in IT strategy, cloud architecture, cybersecurity consulting, or data engineering will be essential in driving the company's digital transformation. You will be working closely with a team of professionals who share a passion for innovation and customer satisfaction.The role entails day-to-day collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop evaluation tasks, and provide technical guidance. What You Will Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and relevance

- Provide feedback on AI accuracy and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop evaluation tasks to assess AI performance
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
- Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation of evaluation tasks and results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in IT consulting, systems integration, or technology consultancy
- Background in IT strategy, cloud architecture, cybersecurity consulting, or data engineering
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate technical consulting workflows into structured evaluation tasks
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with data annotation and evaluation tasks
