## About the Role As an IT Enterprise Applications Engineer at Gitlab, you will be integral in ensuring the company's business processes run smoothly and efficiently. This involves focusing on critical systems such as NetSuite and Zuora Revenue, building, supporting, and maintaining the configurations, workflows, and code that underpin processes like Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report. You will be part of the Enterprise Applications G&A team and report to the Senior Manager, G&A Systems, working closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into maintainable technical solutions.

## What You Will Do - Administer and configure NetSuite and Zuora Revenue to support Gitlab's business processes and compliant system operations.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements, workflows, customizations, and application changes that improve process efficiency.
- Partner with Finance, business systems peers, and other stakeholders to ensure applications are functioning as designed and meeting operational needs.
- Support SOX-compliant change management, including documentation, governance, and adherence to data, security, and legal guidelines.
- Manage inbound integrations and data exchanges, ensuring seamless interaction between different systems.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and tools.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Adjust, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on complex problems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SOX-compliant change management and documentation.
