Job Description

About the Role

The IT Infrastructure Systems Lead plays a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure of Monde Nissin Corporation. This role requires a deep understanding of ITIL principles, particularly in incident management, and the ability to lead a team of IT professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, managing cybersecurity threats, and implementing virtualization technologies.

Day-to-day, the IT Infrastructure Systems Lead will oversee the management of Windows and Linux servers, VMWare, and network infrastructure. They will also be responsible for managing access and monitoring tools, ensuring that the company's IT systems are secure and efficient. Given the complexity of modern IT infrastructure, this role demands a high level of technical expertise, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the IT infrastructure team, including L2 operations, data center, server, VMWare, Linux, Windows, network, firewall, and telephony.
  • Implement ITIL principles, particularly in incident management, to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Oversee the management of Windows and Linux servers, including virtualization and cybersecurity.
  • Manage access and monitoring tools to ensure the security and efficiency of IT systems.
  • Collaborate with third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration of IT services.
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing IT infrastructure, including budget planning and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with IT audit and cybersecurity standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team, including training and development programs.
  • Manage and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to senior management as necessary.
  • Participate in the development of IT policies and procedures, ensuring they align with company objectives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any IT-related course.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and service delivery, preferably in a medium-sized organization.
  • Knowledge and experience in ITIL Foundation, Windows and Linux Servers, VMWare, Virtualization, SAP, Network, Access, and Monitoring Tools.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a delivery bias.
  • Experience working with third-party service providers.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on technical operations experience with server hardware, including virtualization, Linux, Windows, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • 3 years of experience in Cyber Security and Controls, IT audit, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to manage a team of at least 5 direct reports.
