About the Role
The IT Lead Analyst HCM – Workday Talent Management and Learning role at Camping World is a critical position that entails leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of Workday Talent Management and Learning systems. This role is central to the company's human capital management strategy, ensuring that all talent management and learning processes are optimized and integrated seamlessly. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role involve overseeing the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday systems, ensuring that they align with the company's overall business objectives. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements, overseeing the deployment of system upgrades, and proposing innovative solutions to optimize performance management, drive automation, and improve user experience.

What You Will Do
- Lead the design and implementation of Workday Talent Management and Learning systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand talent management and learning requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and architect solutions using Workday Studio, EIBs, and other reporting tools, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and oversee the deployment of system upgrades.
- Propose innovative solutions to optimize the performance management process, drive automation, and improve user experience.
- Lead the configuration of Workday security segments, user-based security groups, role-based security, etc.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Workday Learning application, providing technical support and recommendations for improvements.
- Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system configuration, design documents, process workflows, testing plans, and implementation guides.
- Stay current with Workday updates in Talent and LMS and industry trends to provide innovative solutions and enhancements to existing applications.
What We Are Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Sciences, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT Lead Analyst HCM – Workday Talent Management and Learning or in a related role/capacity.
- 5 years of experience in Workday HCM design and configurations, including performance management, learning management, reporting, and security.
- 3 years of experience utilizing HR processes, data structures, and best practices in HRIS integrations and reporting.
- 3 years of experience utilizing problem-solving skills to diagnose and propose effective solutions for Workday integrations related to performance management and learning.
- 3 years of experience in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience utilizing project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, and other reporting tools.
- Knowledge of HRIS integrations and reporting best practices.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Certification in Workday HCM or a related field.
