About the Role
Javvy Coffee is on a mission to revolutionize the beverage industry with better-for-you products that are both delicious and convenient. As the company continues to expand, they are now seeking an experienced IT Manager to join their team and build a robust internal technology environment from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for a tech-savvy leader to make a lasting impact on the company's growth and success.The IT Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing the systems, processes, and safeguards that keep the team productive, secure, and compliant. This will involve managing day-to-day IT operations, overseeing device lifecycle management, and ensuring consistent device standards and security configurations across all endpoints.
What You Will Do
- Manage all employee devices, including Mac and Windows, across the organization
- Oversee device lifecycle, including procurement, provisioning, maintenance, and decommissioning
- Administer and optimize the existing MDM solution
- Provide hands-on IT support and troubleshooting across the organization
- Ensure consistent device standards, security configurations, and compliance across all endpoints
- Monitor IT vendor and software spend, tracking billing and identifying opportunities for cost savings
- Design and maintain onboarding and offboarding processes for IT and system access
- Implement and manage security tools, including endpoint protection, MFA, and SSO
- Identify risks and proactively strengthen the company's security posture
- Establish safeguards and governance around the company's use of AI tools and platforms
- Own and administer the Google Workspace environment, including user management and security settings
- Evaluate, implement, and manage additional IT systems and tools as the company scales
What We Are Looking For
- Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification
- Experience owning or contributing to IT in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong experience with device management, identity and access management, and SaaS ecosystems
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and experience implementing security practices
- Familiarity with API security, access governance, and modern AI tooling considerations
- Ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution with ease
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with IT service management tools, such as JIRA or ServiceNow
- Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure, including AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in ITIL or similar frameworks
