About the Role

The IT Service Management ServiceNow role at Xideral is a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to join a dynamic team and drive operational excellence in a leading global organization. As a Subject Matter Expert in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM, you will be responsible for supporting enterprise ServiceNow implementations, validating configurations, and providing expert guidance across multiple ServiceNow modules. The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of the business. You will be required to review and validate configurations against approved functional designs, ensure adherence to ServiceNow standards and best practices, and provide expert guidance on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the success of ServiceNow implementations and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

As a key member of the team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify technical risks and quality concerns, and to develop and implement solutions to address these issues. You will also be responsible for supporting UAT defect triage and prioritization, and for assisting in the identification of technical risks and quality concerns. Your strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities will be essential in this role, as you will be required to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions to drive business outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), and EA modules
  • Provide best practice guidance to design and implementation teams
  • Review and validate configurations against approved functional designs
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow standards and best practices
  • Review CMDB structures, CI relationships, asset mappings, and data models
  • Validate integration alignment and cross-module configurations
  • Support UAT defect triage and prioritization
  • Assist in identifying technical risks and quality concerns
  • Validate reporting, dashboards, and operational readiness
  • Support hypercare activities and knowledge transfer to support teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases
  • Participate in agile development methodologies and collaborate with development teams

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow SME
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM)
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM)
  • Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
  • Experience with CMDB structures and CI relationship management
  • Experience with cross-module integrations and operational support
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication, empathy, leadership, commitment, and teamwork skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
