About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Troubleshoot computer OS and peripherals, including Windows 7, 8, and 10
  • Perform hardware and software installation, including understanding of deployment tools like SCCM
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field, including Windows OS, Active Directory, and Exchange
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, using strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Participate in the development of new solutions and technologies, including SOE and group policies
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows OS, including Windows 7, 8, and 10
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
  • Basic knowledge of SOE and group policies, Active Directory, and Exchange
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and peripherals, including printer support
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous learning
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SCCM and other deployment tools
  • Knowledge of Apple OS and virtual operating systems
  • Certification in ITIL or similar framework
  • Experience with mobile device support and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and solutions
