What You Will Do
- Provide daily technical support to internal remote teams, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues.
- Maintain and update IT tools, systems, and user accounts to ensure seamless operations.
- Support the setup and configuration of computers, networks, and SaaS platforms.
- Ensure adherence to IT and data security best practices, safeguarding company data.
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve IT processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' technical skills.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development of IT budgets and strategic planning.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve IT services.

What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Support or as an IT Generalist, with a strong background in troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with SaaS platforms.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
- Excellent written English and clear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Experience supporting remote teams and managing SaaS tools, with a focus on security and compliance.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts and security best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
