What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a remote or distributed team setting
  • Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Experience with cloud-based services and remote work tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and incident management processes
