About the Role

Deel, a leading payroll and HR platform for global teams, is seeking an IT Support Technician to manage access and resolve IT tickets.

Responsibilities

  • Handle IT/IAM Support Tickets on a daily basis
  • Overall Identity and Access Management responsibilities of software stack, including provision, deprovision, license assignment, and group assignment
  • Utilize tools such as Okta, Lumos, or similar for access administration according to Onboarding/Offboarding requirements
