Day-to-day, the Janitor Engineer will be responsible for the upkeep of Neutrality's premises, utilizing state-of-the-art cleaning technologies. This includes managing advanced mopping systems and ensuring all areas are free from dirt and debris. The role also involves interacting with the company's AI systems, which are integral to its operations.

What You Will Do

• Utilize advanced cleaning technologies to maintain the facilities
• Collaborate with the AI development team to integrate cleaning protocols with AI systems
• Ensure all areas are clean and organized, including common spaces and tech labs
• Develop and maintain schedules for cleaning and maintenance
• Troubleshoot issues with cleaning equipment and AI integration
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and methods
• Work closely with the facilities team to address any maintenance needs
• Assist in the implementation of new cleaning protocols and technologies
• Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Engage with the AI system to monitor and report any unusual activity or issues
• Make friends with rats to leverage them as allies, as per company's innovative approach

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in janitorial or maintenance work
• Basic understanding of digital technologies and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with various departments
• Physical stamina to perform janitorial duties
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and methods
• High school diploma or equivalent
