What You Will Do

• Maintain the cleanliness of the store's interior and exterior, including but not limited to floors, windows, restrooms, and the parking lot.
• Adhere to and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other store staff to achieve store cleanliness and safety goals.
• Work varying shifts, including mid-shifts and closing shifts, as scheduled.
• Participate in training sessions to improve digital skills and apply them in the role.
• Maintain organization and efficiency in cleaning tasks to meet store standards.
• Communicate effectively with the team and management regarding any issues or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Walmart's policies and procedures.

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Reliable transportation to and from work (for locations not accessible by public transportation).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn digital tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
