What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain IVR applications based on business and technical requirements
- Integrate IVR solutions with key internal services to enhance functionality and efficiency
- Monitor IVR systems and implement operational improvements to enhance customer experience and reduce issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the voice contact center and IVR environments to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of solutions
- Work independently while supporting a regional business unit aligned with global objectives
- Participate in forward-looking initiatives to improve call steering and IVR architecture
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop and maintain documentation of IVR applications and systems
- Conduct testing and quality assurance of IVR applications to ensure they meet requirements
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in IVR development to continuously improve skills and knowledge
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Java development, preferably in IVR or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of Java and its applications in IVR development
- Experience with cloud-based IVR applications and their integration with internal services
- Ability to design, develop, and maintain complex IVR applications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of IT services and consulting, preferably in a global context
- Experience with multicultural and remote teams
