About the Role
PradeepIT Consulting Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Java Back End Developer to join their team of skilled professionals. As a Java Back End Developer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful software experiences for clients using design thinking, lean, and agile methodologies. You will work on world-class software products using the latest cutting-edge technologies and platforms, collaborating with dynamic, fast-paced, and value-driven teams to build innovative customer experiences.The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for software engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working with cross-border, distributed teams. What You Will Do
- Create software experiences for clients using design thinking, lean, and agile methodologies
- Work on world-class software products using cutting-edge technologies and platforms
- Collaborate with dynamic, fast-paced, and value-driven teams to build innovative customer experiences
- Help grow the next generation of developers and have a positive impact on the industry
- Work on backend development using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, MongoDB, Jenkins, and Microservices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for backend systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on development experience in backend, Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, MongoDB, Jenkins, and Microservices
- Server-side development experience mainly in Java
- UI development experience in ReactJS or AngularJS or PolymerJS or EmberJS or Jquery
- Passion for software engineering and following best coding concepts
- Good to great problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-border, distributed teams
- Strong understanding of design patterns and principles
- Experience with large-scale enterprise systems

- Product and customer-centric mindset
- Great OO skills, including design patterns
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems
