About the Role
As a JavaScript (Hubspot) Developer at BetaCraft, you will play a crucial role in developing, designing, and optimizing the company's HubSpot platform. Your day-to-day tasks will involve creating seamless website and landing page experiences, as well as contributing to marketing automation strategies to enhance user engagement and streamline operations. You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and quality, working closely with colleagues to drive the company's online presence.The success of BetaCraft's digital marketing efforts relies heavily on the expertise of its HubSpot developers. What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain websites using HubSpot's CMS Hub
- Create and optimize HubSpot landing page templates and manage integrations with other platforms
- Maintain and enhance the HubSpot site, ensuring optimal performance and user experience
- Utilize strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills for front-end development and customization within the HubSpot ecosystem
- Perform Hubspot Administration activities
- Support onboarding new employees to the HubSpot portal
- Customize HubSpot's quote creation functionality Business Unit wise/Product wise
- Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, and email campaigns within the HubSpot platform
- Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
- Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers
- Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing email sends productivity
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of extensive experience with HubSpot or PHP experience
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubDB, and HubL
- Strong understanding of implementing HubSpot CMS standards, including branding colors and logotypes
- Awareness of brand and corporate identity principles
- Experience working with global content or marketing platforms that support multiple languages
- Experience with Github login integrations, Stripe integrations, and OAuth/OAuth2 based system Authentication
- Previous experience collaborating with external website development agencies
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Basecamp, or JIRA

- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation tools
- Certification in HubSpot or related technologies
