About the Role

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, developing and implementing process improvements, and providing training and support to junior team members. You will also be expected to stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within the company.

What You Will Do

• Manage and maintain JDE systems, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Provide training and support to junior team members
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration with WebLogic and JDE Security
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system diagrams and process maps
• Participate in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation plans
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

What We Are Looking For

• 3-10 years of experience working with JDE CNC, WebLogic, and JDE Security
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong understanding of digital technology and its applications
• Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Certification in JDE CNC or a related field is an asset

Nice to Have

• Experience working with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of ITIL or other industry-recognized frameworks
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Certification in WebLogic or JDE Security
