About the Role

CI&T is seeking a skilled DevOps Strategy & Culture Lead to enhance DevOps practices within the organization and for its clients in Brazil. This remote position requires a profound understanding of technological transformations and the ability to guide teams through cultural changes in DevOps.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the DevOps strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate existing capabilities and create actionable improvement roadmaps.
  • Provide guidance on cloud architecture and DevOps practices to teams.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align business needs with DevOps initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fostering a DevOps culture in enterprise settings.
  • Leadership or mentorship capabilities in DevOps or platform teams.
  • Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Strong background in CI/CD, GitOps, and automated testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with microservices and cloud-native design principles.
  • Programming skills in languages like Python, Go, or Java.
