What You Will Do
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify community needs and develop targeted programs
- Apply digital skills to enhance community engagement and outreach efforts
- Work on project planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure effectiveness and sustainability
- Develop content for social media and other digital platforms to promote the society's work and mission

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in community development, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms, including social media management
- Experience with project planning and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for community development and social impact
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the local context and community needs
