About the Role

As a Joint Test Engineer/Planner at Seneca Holdings, you will play a critical role in providing agile test and evaluation support in a Joint interagency partnership. Your expertise will focus on the planning, execution, and reporting of full scope operational testing of Military and commercial systems. This temporary position offers a chance to work with Joint agencies and commercial industry partners on proposed improved spectrum sharing technologies to Joint Force assets.

The role will involve working closely with a team of talented individuals, contributing to the company's mission of providing financial and non-financial benefits back to the members of the Seneca Nation. What You Will Do

  • Design and write test procedures for RF systems, including military radar, communication, and/or 5G systems
  • Develop and execute test plans, test designs, and test reports
  • Write engineering reports and/or technical papers to document test results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Assess the effectiveness of observed testing and recommend improvements based on real-world joint and coalition operations
  • Participate in event and test planning, data collection, and validation
  • Provide technical expertise in Radar/RF Engineering and control systems
  • Support the design and testing of radar subsystems, including antennas, transmitters, exciters, and receivers
  • Identify, report, and document critical issues for timely resolution
  • Communicate test results and identified issues clearly to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, test reports, and test procedures

What We Are Looking For

  • Active Secret clearance
  • 3-10 years of testing experience, preferably in a Joint interagency partnership environment
  • Experience supporting test planning, data collection, and test reporting
  • Experience with Developmental Testing (DT), Integrated Testing (IT), and/or Operational Testing (OT)
  • Comprehensive technical understanding of Radar/RF Engineering and control systems
  • Experience with designing and writing test procedures
  • Experience with testing of RF systems, including military radar, communication, and/or 5G systems
  • Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to write engineering reports and/or technical papers
  • Ability to communicate test results and identified issues clearly

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience with Joint Test & Evaluation or operational testing
  • Experience with DT, IT, and/or OT
  • Certification in a related field, such as engineering or testing
  • Familiarity with agile test and evaluation support principles
